Gorgeous, brilliant blue background on this set of freesia pattern Roseville pottery from the 1940's. The flowers are in incredible relief, see the detailed photos. Each has seven ivory freesia's on a green stem flowing beautifully along the sides. The handles are stunning, geometric designs. Most people attribute this to 1945, but I cannot be more specific than the decade.
Condition: Creamer has chip on the mouth, sugar has a few chips on bottom of one side.
Makers Mark: Bottoms have the Roseville logo, and 6-S, 6-C respectably.
*Measurements*
Height - Creamer: 2.75" // Sugar: 2.25"
Diameter - C: 4.5" // S: 5.25"
Weight - C: 7.3 oz // S: 8.6 oz
Everything from My Home on Mars has been professionally cleaned and restored, and ships with a care sheet specific to the material and time period of each piece. Most things require no special maintenance, but a simple list of "do's and don'ts" ensures your item maintains its condition for years to come.
In addition to being a vintage dealer, I am a USPAP-compliant personal property appraiser. Part of that job, separate from this one, is determining the value and authenticity of every piece I examine. I'm proud to bring that high standard of ethics, expertise, and research skills to My Home on Mars, allowing peace of mind for all my customers.
Don't forget - price includes free shipping.
