Exquisite condition sheer, fully lined completely lace blouse made in the 1940's. The collar is lace applique, and the piece is scalloped at the bottom, collar and the short sleeves. Featuring darts under the bust, down the sides and at the back to emphasize the waist and bust, this is a flattering blouse - almost a peplum shape. With a lot of structure and not a lot of coverage, it's a stunning layering piece.
Under the lace is a sheer nylon, ensuring you wont damage the exterior with friction from moving. Its built to last.
It has 6 pearlescent buttons down the entire back, and a snap closure at top. It also has two snap straps on the interior top, which would have been used to secure a brassiere.
Condition: Wonderful! Great for its age. No noticeable flaws.
