Wowzers, this vessel features controlled bubbles and a double ring shaft (double ring shaft in this shape is not often seen). I can only call it peacock blue, but I'll also take turquoise; different lighting brings out different hues. May have been designed originally as a candy dish, this piece is ready to accept anything and everything that will fit in its 7" diameter bowl. It is relatively lightweight (less than 1lb) and is a delicate addition to any space. Dated to the 1960's - 1970's for a variety of reasons, including the fact that it was a popular shape in those decades.
