Made by Giulliana, this 100% linen two-piece set is a rusty red color, marked size 4. The top is button-up and is boxy, with oversize sleeves and a nice wide opening. The real stunning feature of this set is the oversized, 8.5" long, statement peter pan shaped collar that covers the bust and shoulder in a very complementary way. With two layers of fabric, each trimmed in an ornate leather and complementary colors of teal, red and brown, it is incredible.
The skirt is also wonderful, being fully lined and featuring two hip pockets. It has a wide waist band, also trimmed in brown leather, with a zipper, plus a button closure. The wide waist band secures the ruched body of the skirt, creating lovely movement when you walk.
Condition: Wonderful! Great for its age. No holes, but a couple stain spots on right sleeve, see photos.
Makers Mark: All tags included. One fantastic interior label of shirt says to bring to a reputable cleaner in Long Island. Also reads, genuine leather, and "guaranteed to wrinkle." 100% linen. Dry clean only. Made in Hong Kong.
