Interesting shaped low vessel, featuring bright white and cobalt blue emblematic of the Italian Amalfi Coast. It is round, but has round spherical edges, creating a super interesting and unusual shape. Made of terracotta and finished in a high-gloss white, this is double-walled and sealed at the top and bottom. Quite heavy for its size.It was potentially once a mortar, but it's the perfect size for a catch-all bowl, or a succulent planter, serving bowl, etc! See detailed measurements below.
Makers Mark: Original bright orange sticker on the bottom of the vessel. Note that I'm not 100% on it being 1980's, but all research pointed in that direction.
Condition: Some patina, shown in photos. Some I think was intentional, if you look at the brush strokes of the red applied detail. It has been thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use.
